It all begins with your Home Orientation Tour when your Polygon Customer Care Manager explains how to use everything from the furnace to the microwave. After you move in, we’ll come back and do touch-ups and repair any scuffs and scrapes that occurred during the move. And for a full 3 years after your purchase you’ll enjoy our exclusive Triple Service Program coverage which includes 24-hour emergency service, a service concierge and annual Home Health Checkups to make sure you’re still as happy with your home as you were the day you bought it.
