Your Polygon Northwest home is covered by a Limited Warranty administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWC). Details of your Limited Warranty and Performance Standards can be found in Sections 9 & 10 of your Welcome Home Manual.

Requesting warranty service
To request warranty service from this Web site, simply complete our warranty service request form.
You may also complete a printed form (provided in your Welcome Home Manual) and mail or fax it to us. Washington Residents should fax their warranty service requests to 425-709-6884 and Oregon Residents should fax their requests to 360-693-4442.
A warranty service specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days to review your concern(s).
In case of emergency
Polygon Northwest provides 24 hour emergency response service for the events listed below.
For emergency service, please call 1-800-765-9466 in Washington or 1-800-891-4701 in Oregon at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
If you are unable to obtain a response from Polygon Northwest Warranty within one hour, you may contact the subcontractor directly. See the Important Numbers in Section 11 of your Welcome Home Manual.
If the listed subcontractor cannot respond to the emergency, you may contact another licensed contractor. Polygon Northwest Warranty will reimburse you for emergency service costs except when the cost is determined to be for non-emergency service or a repair that is excluded by the Polygon Northwest Limited Warranty.
Polygon Northwest warranty defines emergency events as follows:
- Total loss of heat, when the outside temperature is below 45 degrees;
- Total loss of electricity (please check with your local utility company for area outages prior to calling);
- Total loss of water (please check with your local utility company for area outages prior to calling);
- Plumbing leak that requires your entire water supply to be shut off;
- Gas leak (please report gas leaks to your utility company prior to calling);
- A roof leak that will cause additional damage to your home
