New home sales experience is not a requirement, but a 12 month sales and/or service background will be very helpful. The on-site sales position is a challenging and rewarding part of the new home construction process with a front line responsibility with our most important people...our customers. Multi-Family Superintendent - Oregon
Polygon Northwest is searching for an experienced multi family/apartment superintendent to join our construction team in the Portland Metropolitan area. The superintendent position is fast paced and rewarding. Previous multi-family experience, organization, and excellent communication skills are necessary to be successful at this position.
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Customers, Sales team, Customer Service team, and Management team
- A strong sense of leadership
- Attention to detail
- The ability to read and understand blueprints and communicate with Architects and Engineers
- Strong Organizational skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- The ability to manage a disciplined, fast-paced schedule

New Home Warranty and Customer Service Technician
Customer Service Technician creates and maintains positive service relationships with new home buyers in Portland Metro area. We are seeking smart, efficient, and professional individuals for this unique, full-time position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interface with homebuyers and subcontractors under tight schedule deadlines
- Work closely with other team members to accomplish department and company objectives
- Diagnose, schedule, and complete warranty service work with multiple daily appointments
- Help facilitate quality delivery of new homes to homebuyers
- Negotiate subcontractor bids for chargeable work
- Service and repair warranty items of a general nature that are not covered by subcontractor or manufacturer warranty
- Point of contact between homeowners and builder
- Some Home Owner Association involvement
Advantageous experience includes: customer relations, new home construction, finish trade skills, and service.
Candidates should be clean-cut with professional demeanor and punctuality. Ability to operate independently with disciplined scheduling is needed. Must possess basic hand tools and have clean, reliable transportation for site travel in the Portland Metro area. Background check is required.
