In fact, our Polygon X3 Service is three times longer than the industry standard. That’s three full years of service on your new home and 10 full years of structural warranty on your home.
From minor fixes to major structural elements, you can rest assured that your investment is well protected with the Polygon X3 Service and 10-year Structural Warranty.

3 Years Worry-Free
We believe our home warranty should help our owners feel a sense of security and fulfill their desire to live in a home worry-free. That’s why we include with every one of our new Polygon homes a 3-year “door to door” service program. Literally, worry-free living for the first three years of your home ownership. Just change a few batteries and a little paint touch up… and you are set! Everything else is covered… now that’s worry-free!
Included in your new Polygon home, as part of your Polygon X3 Service, are annual home “health check-ups”. Kind of like seeing the Doctor… except we’ll remind you and make a house call. We want to ensure that your ownership experience with Polygon is stress free and that you have all the support necessary to maintain your investment.
Extended Service Up To Year 5
We put so much attention into the quality of our homes that we not only provide Polygon X3 Service, but we also offer “extended service”* that provides nearly the same level of coverage as our Polygon X3 Service and carries you all the way up to year five.
10-Year Structural Warranty
The peace of mind that comes from owning a Polygon home doesn’t stop at year five. Every home also comes with a full 10-year Structural Warranty that ensures your home will be structurally sound for years and years!
The Added Value of Polygon
Finally, if you should sell your home, your service coverage and remaining balance is transferable to the next owner*. This contributes to the value of the property and assures the buyer that their purchase is Polygon-protected.

At Polygon, the closing of your home is just the beginning of our relationship with you. There is a lot going on as you unpack, settle in and start living in your new home. That’s why we offer complimentary Concierge Service that provides you with access to a dedicated team to address your questions.
You may contact your Polygon Concierge Service even if you just need help programming your new garage door opener or setting your thermostat. And if something needs repair or adjustment, simply call us and we’ll arrange for someone to come take care of it. We can also provide referrals for yard maintenance, fence builders, painters, closet installation vendors and more.
Our team is on call 24 hours a day, every day. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we are available to assist you so you’ll never have to go it alone.
